Wow, it’s been a while!

Hey guys, it has been a while since I been here.  I have been able to manage my weight since my 31 lbs loss. but now it is time to loss some more.  I feel motivated and i’m ready to do this again.  Cant wait to jump back in this program with you all, WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

GOING GREEN!!!

Hey you guys, I know i haven’t been here in a while…but…i’m so glad to say that I earned my GREEN STAR.  woo hoo!!! Dont really have time to really blog but was really excited when I weighed in.

Woo hoo, after spending countless nights up until midnight to watch the games it is finally over with a nice clean sweep!

Well, this week was a busy one…our haunted harvest is done and over with the only thing that is left is that tomorrow I gotta go to the school and count the money that we took in.  Overall it went great, there was so many people there more so because of the rain and all of our soccer games got canceled.  I’ve gain 1 lb. this week which I totally understand why with all the running around getting everything ready it was pretty much all drive thru’s, and take outs.  This week is a new week and I finally have time to myself, time to prepare food and really plan out my days.  Well thats it for now, hope you all have a great day.

2 down for the count…

for this week.  2 lbs. gone forever, I thought it was going to be more from the way I was working out this week and eating but hey I’ll take 2.  Everything is still going well except a few slip ups, but I got over those FAST.  It is so funny because I haven’t been to the gym in years and now that I go…I forget.  I sit at home bored and i’m like what should I do, hhhmmm perfect opportunity to go to the gym and I forget.  Maybe it’s like a habit that I have to start and get used to it and make it a part of my everyday life.

We went shopping this weekend for Halloween costumes.  My daughter who is 3 is going to be snow white and my son who is 5 is going to be batman.  He wanted to be a vampire but didn’t like the teeth.  This weekend coming up is our annual Haunted Harvest which this year I’m in charge of.  It has been a lot of work organizing such an event for the town, I’ve put a lot of time and a lot of hard work into it.  I hope everything goes well!

vitamins?

Well I just came back from the gym, I am so motivated then ever…why didn’t I do this sooner?  I spoke with the nutritionist today he gave me a 10 wk. guideline of what I should be eating and a few vitamins.  He told me to take a daily vitamin, omega-3, chromium picolinate, and r-ala.  Most of these vitamins are a insulin co-factor…they break done insulin.  After he reviewed my charts he explained to me that I am a border line diabetic.  My Dr. has told me this before.  He also said as to where I am still young that this could be corrected before it gets to late.  When he was telling me this today I almost started to cry…how did I get myself like this and why…why would I do this to my body? The vitamins that he suggested I take break done the insulin faster so my blood pressure will go done.  Then he got into this whole science thiery behind it and it made so much sense.  He told me it would take a year of HARD work to be in a healthy body fat %.  I told him (after hearing his diabetic speech) that I’m ready more then ever.

I did my workout along with 2 miles on the treadmill. I don’t have a car as of right now so I had to walk another mile home.  Which didn’t bother me at all because today is the first nice day all week.  I have to work in about an hour, which I’ll be walking to (another mile).   Hope you all have a great weekend!!!

Well this morning I got up extra early and made my way to the gym, I had a great workout and look forward to going again tomorrow.  I just wanted to say that I am sorry that I offended anyone with my post yesterday.  That was not my goal, it was the way I felt at that time.

I’m gonna make this quick this morning because I have to get ready for work.  Today, already with a great workout in I’m GONNA stick to my plan for food intake.  For breakfast, I had a bowl of Fiber1 cereal with skim milk and a half of a banana.  snack will be my coffee because by then I really need a pick me upper and a pear.  Lunch I have a grilled chicken salad already made and for dinner I’m having salmon on a bed of spinach.  and besides my coffee…water all day!  Hope you all have a great day!

OMG!!!

So in yesterdays blog I wrote that I’m going to the gym…well I did.  They weighed me, took my fat index, and blood pressure.  I’m 46.8 % FAT!!! I have 132.4 lbs.  of fat on me how disgusting is that?  After all that was done I had to go on all the machines is see how much I could lift at my struggling point so they could make a workout plan which best fits my needs.  Tomorrow I go back and meet with someone else and she’ll give me a food plan.  It is a 10 wk. program and then they will access me again.  It seems like a really great plan, and I look forward to going.  She told me I need to drink more water which I was shocked because I drink 6-8 glasses a day.  When they checked my fat index they checked my water also and that was low.  ‘

I have today off which is great because it is raining outside and I just want to chill out.  I have some cleaning to do and then supper, and I can’t wait till 9 so I could watch my fav. show…Greys anatomy!!! Hope you all have a great day.

GYM

Hey buddies,

It’s been a while since I posted or read anyones blogs, I miss you all!!!  I’ve been staying busy with work, PTA, etc. I haven’t been really working out for about 2 wks. now but I am trying to be careful of what goes into my mouth.  My problem is that I dont want to workout, I know once you do it everyday you can’t imagine going a day without a great workout.  So therefore, I got a coupon the other day for a local female gym the coupon is for 2 free wks.  So I made an appointment to go tomorrow morning, this gym seems so cool of course you get your FREE personal trainer, you get a FREE nutritionist, and FREE vitamins and smothies.  Of course everything in life isn’t free because it cost 49 a month to go.  I am so excited and hopefully this will motivate me to working out.  I have 2 months to loose as much weight as I possibly can before we go to try on dresses for the wedding…(which by the way I’m not looking forward to) .  Everyone is like a size 0-2…and here I am.  Well thats it for now and I’ll let you all know how the gym goes tomorrow.

Wedding!!!

Ok, our best friends are getting married in 6 MONTHS….aaahhhhh!!!!!  And of course my bf and I are in the wedding, and of course everyone else in the wedding look like models.  So this means I REALLY need to get my butt in gear.  I feel that i’m going to be taking up half of the picture compared to this girls.  So this is going to give me great motivation to stay focused.

Enough about that, some of you may know I was working 2 jobs, doing PTA, …etc…Well lets just say i’ve been busy busy busy.  Well I am happy to say I quit 1 job (the old job), I needed change in my life and was tired of being walked all over.  At my new job I walked to it is about 1 mile away, and on my breaks I dont know anyone so I walk around the building 4 times which is another mile, and I do that 2 times a day, then the walk home is another mile….so do the math I’ve been walking 4 miles a day.  I so much happier and it makes me stay that much more focused on my personal goals.

I haven’t been on as much as I would like and miss all of my buddies.  I hope you are all taking care and taking charge.  I love you guys!!!   Hope you all have a great day

Well is seems like it has been forever…

that I have been on here.  I’ve been busy, busy, oh did I say BUSY!!!  With working 2 jobs, getting the kids ready for school and my daughter for the sitters.  Today we had a field trip apple picking and pumpkin picking.  We had so much fun, it was a perfect day to do it.

As for working out I haven’t been, as for eating I have been doing OK but not the best.  I’m staying away from soda for the most part and getting plenty of water.  My portion sizes have been great which was my main problem.  I maintained at the same weight.  I am going to get a workout tomorrow morning because my parents have my daughter for the night. They took her up north at a place called Moose Alley.  They are spending the night there and will be back tomorrow afternoon.  Well that is all I have for right now I don’t have time to read up on anyone so i’ll be back tomorrow…after my workout!
